If you send an email to me about a product you have received from me I will respond to your email within 48 business hours. Business hours are defined as M-F.
Please make sure that when you contact me you provide a complete description of what the issue is or your dissatisfaction with the product so I can attempt to reach a possible solution with you.
If a product is returned and/or a new one is shipped out you will be responsible for the shipping/handling of this item.
